Born in Luxembourg in 1993, Timo Wagner´s competitive spirit and interest in sports started growing from an early age. He played table tennis in the Luxembourg national team, where he achieved first place at the Luxembourgish National Championship, and he participated at several European Championships as well as international tournaments of the ITTF-Junior-Pro Tour.

Following a switch to athletics, he practised pole vault, where he shortly thereafter won the bronze medal at the Athletics Indoor National Championships. During that time, he was also gaining his first experiences as an actor on stage. At the age of nineteen, Timo had to cut his sports career short due to injury.

Subsequently, theatrical performances and TV and big screen appearances followed, including several in Luxembourgish film productions such as Capitani (RTL LUXEMBOURG), Eng nei Zäit (cinema), Zëmmer Ze Verlounen (RTL LUXEMBOURG).

Currently, Timo completed the shooting for the upcoming movie The Racer (cinema) by an Irish film production in collaboration with Luxembourg and Belgium. Additionally, he is preparing for his next performances such as the theatrical production Breaking the Waves at the World Theatre Festival in Zagreb (Croatia) in September.
